Award-Winning Staffing and Recruiting Franchise Expands Corporate Leadership Team with Seasoned Staffing Industry Expert
ATLANTA – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Jock as Senior Vice President.
In her role at Spherion, Jock will leverage her 17-year tenure at Randstad USA (Randstad), Spherion’s parent company, to oversee the development and execution of
the company’s strategic portfolio initiatives. She looks forward to working closely with franchisees to drive sustainable growth, enhance operational efficiencies and strengthen client relationships.
“I am thrilled to join Spherion and work alongside such a dedicated network of franchisees,” said Jock. “It is a challenging time for business owners, but the competitive
job market gives our franchisees the chance to redefine success. This next step in my career with Spherion will allow me to capitalize on my expertise and empower our
franchisees to grow their businesses as valued partners in the communities they serve.”
In her most recent role at Randstad, Jock served as the vice president of market sales and customer experience. She supported industrial branches and businesses in
Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Jock coached Randstad associates to offer staffing solutions that addressed workforce challenges
such as skill shortages and competing wages while developing strategic plans for growth and expansion.
“We welcome Lisa to Spherion’s leadership team,” said Kathy George, president of Spherion Staffing and Recruiting. “Having served as a senior vice president myself, I
understand how critical this role is in supporting our franchisees and guiding their success. Lisa’s deep expertise in the staffing industry and her strategic leadership skills will enable our franchisees to enhance their local impact. Her passion and dedication to supporting others make her the perfect fit to help our network thrive.”
