Adam Prewitt joins the team as senior business development manager, and Stacie Rouissi as director of direct hire and executive search.

Rouissi brings more than 20 years of executive recruitment and human resources expertise to the Spherion Northeast Atlanta team. Coming from Amazon, where she excelled as a senior strategic executive recruiter, Rouissi played a pivotal role in sourcing high-level technical and design leaders, contributing significantly to the company’s global expansion. Her strategic recruitment prowess and leadership capabilities were also evident in her prior role with a global employment agency. There, she implemented innovative sourcing strategies and streamlined recruitment processes to improve the quality of hires and reduce time-to-fill metrics. Rouissi will focus on expanding Spherion Northeast Atlanta’s direct hire and permanent placement services in her new role, particularly by filling senior leadership positions in line with the Atlanta job market’s growing demand for engineering and executive talent.

Another industry veteran, Prewitt brings more than five years of experience in the staffing industry and an established record of driving business growth to his new role at Spherion Northeast Atlanta. With a robust background in client services and account management across diverse sectors, including for high-profile companies such as Delta, Fiserv and Cisco, Prewitt is well-positioned to expand Spherion’s presence in the region. His role as senior business development manager will focus on expanding Spherion’s market reach through strategic client acquisition and relationship management, thereby creating more opportunities for job seekers across metro Atlanta.
