U.S. Staffing Leader Earns Placement in Top 10% for Temporary Staffing and Top 25% for Professional Recruiting Categories

ATLANTA – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) announced today that the company was recognized for the third consecutive year as one of “America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms” in 2023 by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. Spherion placed 13th overall in the Temporary Staffing category and 36th overall in the Professional Recruiting category, ranking in the top 10% and top 25%, respectively.

Forbes’ America’s Best Recruiting and Temp Staffing Firms list is divided into three major categories: 

• Executive Search - Recruiting firms that place managers in permanent positions with an annual gross income of more than $100,000
• Professional and Specialist Search - Recruiting firms that place professionals in permanent positions with an annual gross income up to $100,000
• Temp Staffing - Providers of temporary workers and contract positions, excluding interim management positions

Spherion received the award ranking based on an independent survey of peers and clients. Feedback from external recruiters, hiring managers at client companies, and job candidates were considered. Around 36,400 recruiters and 9,200 job candidates and hiring managers were invited to participate.
