Independent Survey Shows Female Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with U.S. Staffing Leader’s Performance
ATLANTA – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) announced today that it has been recognized by Franchise Business Review (FBR) as a 2024 Top Franchise for Women. Only 100 brands were named to the annual list of award winners, further establishing Spherion as a reputable and attractive business model for operators.
FBR is a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchises to measure franchisee satisfaction and performance. So far this year, Spherion has been listed as both a Top Franchise overall and a Top Franchise for Women for fostering a positive workplace where franchisees feel valued. In 2023, FBR recognized Spherion with eight awards in the following categories: Top 200 Franchises, Most Innovative Franchises, Most Profitable Franchises, Franchise Rock Star, Top Franchises for Veterans, Top Franchises for Culture, Top Recession-Proof Franchises, and Top Franchises for Women.
“As a brand that prioritizes our franchisees’ success, we are incredibly proud to be recognized once again as a Top Franchise for Women by Franchise Business Review,” stated Kathy George, president of Spherion. “At Spherion, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging are cornerstones of our community.
"We are particularly thrilled about this recognition because it underscores our commitment to empowering women in franchising. We understand the unique challenges that women in business face and aim to provide unwavering support. To all the Spherion women franchisees in our special community, this award is for you. You are an astonishing group.”
Spherion was among 350 franchise brands, representing more than 8,500 female franchise owners, that participated in FBR’s research on the Top Franchises for Women. Spherion franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training and support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.
