Spherion Appoints Nanci Schulman as First-Ever Vice President of Sales Enablement and Franchise Relations

Award-Winning Staffing and Recruiting Franchise Expands Leadership Team with Company Veteran 

ATLANTA –  Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) recently announced the promotion of long-time Spherion team member Nanci Schulman to the newly created strategic leadership role of Vice President of Sales Enablement and Franchise Relations. In her role, Schulman will be aligning sales tools and resources with organizational goals and business objectives, developing sales enablement programs, tools, resources and training to drive sales activity and support sales effectiveness. She will guide the organization through future periods of transformation and growth and will continue to cultivate strong partnerships with franchisees. 

“After recently celebrating my 28th anniversary with Spherion, I am thrilled to be taking on this new role with the company that has become a huge part of my life,” Schulman said. “I have formed lifelong relationships with many of the franchisees in our Spherion family, so being able to play a more active role in helping them achieve their sales goals is the perfect next step for my journey with the brand.”

Schulman has dedicated her entire career to Spherion, beginning 28 years ago when she joined the franchise division as a temporary administrative assistant. Initially hired for only three months, her exceptional performance led to a full-time position. She has remained in the franchise division ever since. 

Over the years, Schulman has held various roles, beginning as a support specialist and advancing through positions such as operations manager and senior manager. Her development as a franchising leader has included completing the International Franchising Association's Certified Franchise Executive Program in 2019 and she continues to maintain her CFE status through ongoing franchising programs, events and training. As her career has evolved, Nanci has cultivated a myriad of professional skill sets that will aid her as vice president of sales enablement and franchise relations.
