ATLANTA – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) recently announced the appointment of Marnie Walker, a staffing operations veteran and business enablement professional, to the new leadership role of senior vice president of franchise business operations. In her role, Walker will focus on driving business enablement excellence within the organization to provide continued support and develop consistency, scalability and efficiency for franchisees nationwide.

Walker began her career 22 years ago at Randstad, a global HR industry leader and the parent company of Spherion, with a focus on technology. She managed front-office operations and developed field reports and systems that drove business growth. After working in this role for eight years, Walker transitioned to overseeing manufacturing and logistics field offices in northeast Georgia. 

Most recently, she served as the liaison between business enablement teams, company field executives, and producers to ensure that Randstad had effective processes in place to maximize return on investment. 

At Spherion, Walker will lead and support initiatives tied to ensuring superior customer experiences for all of Spherion's stakeholders.
