Local Staffing Office with Decades of Experience Announces New Franchise Owner
BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) announced today that its New Jersey locations are now under the new leadership of Delta and Gabriel Ramirez. The Ramirezes took over ownership responsibilities on August 29 from former owner Erich Radlmann.
“I’ve been in the recruiting industry for a while now and have always wanted to start my own firm, but I knew it would be incredibly difficult to do on my own,” said Delta. “When I discovered Spherion, I loved everything about the company from the support and training to the people I worked with. After Erich took me to the Spherion National Meeting earlier this year and I had the opportunity to meet other franchisees and hear their stories, it sealed the deal on my decision to take over ownership responsibilities in New Jersey.”
Delta started her career in the staffing and recruiting industry in 2007 with Adecco, quickly working her way up to managing one of the largest accounts in New Jersey after just three months with the company. After taking some time off to focus on her growing family, Delta went back to work for an apparel company before eventually returning to recruiting. She met Radlmann through a colleague and has been working alongside him at Spherion New Jersey ever since.
“This business has been in my family for almost 30 years. Since my father passed away, we’ve been looking for someone to carry his legacy on for another 30 years,” said Radlmann. “I’ve been extremely impressed with Delta, and am confident that she has the knowledge and passion to continue to make a difference in the lives of job seekers and businesses across New Jersey.”
Delta will support day-to-day operations at the Bridgewater, Princeton and Tinton Falls offices. Her husband, Gabriel, will also be joining the team to help with administrative work. Gabriel is a franchisee for Allstate Insurance with extensive sales experience, and will be in charge of the sales team. In addition to her husband, Delta has the support of her entire family, many of whom are entrepreneurs themselves. The rest of the Spherion New Jersey team will remain the same, helping to make this a nearly seamless transition for existing candidates and clients.
