A 30-year veteran of the franchising industry
With more than 30 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Dan is passionate about helping businesses and job seekers achieve their goals and potential. As the Regional Vice President of Franchise Development at Spherion, he splits his time between executive support and franchise sales in the Western US. Dan provides strategic guidance and coaching for a group of Spherion franchisees as they grow and expand their Spherion franchises. He also recruits new franchise owners who want to join Spherion's award-winning brand.
Dan is the author of the Franchise Broker's Handbook, a professional development book about how to increase sales and streamline operations In the franchise brokerage business. He has also written How to Choose the Right Franchise, a book of practical tips for sorting through the advertising noise of the franchise marketplace and knowing where to find answers to your franchising questions. The book is also available on Amazon.
