Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising the Water Treatment Department, including scheduling, chemical inventory, and compliance.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and water treatment strategies.
- Managing, training, and evaluating a team of eight wastewater operators.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety and water quality regulations.
- Supporting quality initiatives such as Corrective Action, 5S, and ISO registration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a wastewater treatment facility.
- Class K Water Treatment Certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills.
