Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising the Water Treatment Department, including scheduling, chemical inventory, and compliance.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and water treatment strategies.
• Managing, training, and evaluating a team of eight wastewater operators.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety and water quality regulations.
• Supporting quality initiatives such as Corrective Action, 5S, and ISO registration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a wastewater treatment facility.
• Class K Water Treatment Certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills.
