Responsibilities:
Evaluate and process warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries about warranty coverage and product registration.
Offer technical assistance for online tools used to track claims and registrations.
Review warranty cases and resolve most issues independently, escalating unique situations as needed.
Utilize SAP and other applications to manage data and ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:
