Spherion Staffing is looking for a Temporary Warranty / Document Processor. This position will review and process equipment sales / delivery documents, as well as, review and process equipment warranty documents for clients.
This is a quick paced position; the pace is driven by sales and volume of incoming emails and documents.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm and Fridays until noon
Pay $18/hour
Responsibilities:
-Review equipment sales / delivery documents for accuracy
-Review and process equipment sales documents for clients
-Proofreading for visual accuracy of content
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Software experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Excel) and ability to learn new software is a plus
-Must have good computer skills
-Organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Ability to handle repetitive tasks
-Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, dedicated and take pride in the work you do
