With On the Job Training, you will learn the following:
- How to operate multiple different machines in the warehouse
- Safety protocols, principals and documentation requirements
- Assemble, disassemble and cleaning of the machines of the warehouse
- Learning the in/outs of the machines and what they actually do to give an understanding
- Read and use formulas with ingredients
Responsibilities:
- Clean/sanitize, inspect and assemble pieces of machinery
- Warehouse daily morning paperwork completion to determine the batches in that day of work
- Review the batch paperwork with the warehouse team to ensure everyone's understanding of the daily task and to plan appropriately
- Operate one or machines, depending on each job process in the warehouse as one station may be busier than another station
- Load, unload and clean machines after each use
Requirements:
- Ability to work around raw food in a cool, damp environment while ensuring sanitation in the warehouse
- Ability to work in colder temperatures ranging from 36-50 degrees
- Ability to follow direction and work as an efficient team member
- Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and bend frequently
This job will be on business days of Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday in the morning. Must have reliable transportation.
Experience: Preferred 2 years of warehouse work, but not a necessity.
Training: On-the-job training provided
Physical Effort: Moderate physical exertion required
Education: Must have High School Diploma or GED
