Spherion Temple is looking for a warehouse worker to support warehouse operations. This entry-level position involves organizing, receiving, and preparing materials for shipment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Steel toes are required for this role.

Responsibilities:
Retrieve and organize materials based on pick tickets.

Safely move materials within the warehouse to ensure proper storage.

Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled properly.

Prepare products for shipment using both manual and automated tools.

Perform inventory checks to ensure accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Prior experience in a warehouse or material handling role.

Familiarity with manual pallet jacks or warehouse equipment.

Experience with packing and shipping processes.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Basic math, reading, and communication skills.

Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.

Team-oriented mindset.

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs with proper techniques.

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Basic computer skills for tracking inventory.
