As a Warehouse Laborer, you'll take on a variety of essential tasks that keep things running smoothly, such as forklift operation, pallet jack handling, welding, machine operation, and headset operation. You can be a critical player in material handling, ensuring that products are moved safely and efficiently. Additionally, you can contribute to quality assurance, maintaining high product standards, and support janitorial duties and assembly line work to help maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities:
Operating forklifts or pallet jacks to safely transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
Assisting with machine operation, setting up and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient production.
Performing welding tasks as needed for maintenance or product assembly.
Ensuring proper material handling, including receiving, moving, and storing inventory to optimize space and safety.
Participating in quality assurance checks to inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
Operating headsets to manage orders and communicate effectively with team members.
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace through janitorial duties like sweeping, trash disposal, and general upkeep.
Working on the assembly line, assembling, packaging, or preparing products for shipment.
Conducting inventory checks and assisting with shipping and receiving operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery in accordance with production requirements to ensure efficient output.
Troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on machines to prevent downtime and maintain optimal production flow.
Following all site-specific safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
