Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, jockeys, and customers, ensuring efficient shipment coordination.
Utilize SAP to track shipments, process orders, and update inventory records.
Maintain professional and effective communication via email and phone with customers, internal teams, and external drivers.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, manifests, and invoices.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports, track shipments, and maintain records.
Schedule and coordinate the movement of trailers within the warehouse and yard.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any shipping or delivery issues promptly.
Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate records, and general clerical duties.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in warehouse traffic coordination, logistics, or shipping/receiving.
Knowledge of transportation and warehouse safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in SAP for logistics and inventory tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email communication.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Experience working with jockeys, drivers, and logistics personnel.
Typing proficiency and ability to quickly process information.
