Responsibilities:
Materials & Inventory Management

-Handle shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment to maintain efficient operations.
-Operate industrial lift trucks and manage inventory control systems.
-Work with internal teams to ensure quality and warehouse organization.

Automation Assembly & Testing

-Assist in building, assembling, and testing automation components and sub-assemblies.
-Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
-Collaborate with engineers and technicians to refine processes and improve efficiency.

Equipment Installation & Maintenance

-Support prototype builds and manufacturing of automation systems.
-Travel to customer sites for equipment installations and start-up assistance.
-Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical components as needed.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
-Technical & Mechanical Aptitude - Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to assemble and troubleshoot automation components.
-Inventory & Logistics Knowledge - Experience with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control processes.
-Blueprint & Schematic Reading - Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical drawings.
-Hands-on Assembly & Fabrication - Proficiency in assembling, testing, and repairing automation equipment and sub-assemblies.
-Forklift & Material Handling - Experience operating industrial lift trucks and warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
-Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting - Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and inventory-related issues efficiently.
-Teamwork & Communication - Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.
-Attention to Detail & Quality Control - Commitment to accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
-Flexibility & Travel Readiness - Willingness to travel to customer sites for equipment installation and support.

Experience:

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED ? Required for all roles.
-6 Months ? 2 Years of Relevant Experience ? Experience in manufacturing, assembly, inventory control, or logistics.
-Mechanical & Electrical Aptitude ? Basic understanding of mechanical components, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
-Ability to Read Blueprints & Schematics ? Understanding of technical drawings for assembly and wiring.
-Material Handling & Inventory Management ? Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
-Forklift Operation ? Ability to operate industrial lift trucks (certification preferred).<
