The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, inbound and outbound shipments, order fulfillment, and staff supervision. Responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse associates and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Train staff on proper handling of goods and compliance with safety and company policies.
Enforce time and attendance policies, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Assign tasks and designate work locations to maintain productivity.
Track and report individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and availability.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through tracking and supervision of inbound and outbound inventory movements.
Implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct monthly safety inspections and address areas needing improvement.
Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and in-house Quality Control (QC) protocols, including PPE usage.
Monitor the functionality of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with external vendors as needed.
Communicate with internal teams regarding delivery requirements and scheduling.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Provide assistance to outbound scheduling and inventory teams.
Handle reporting and data entry tasks as needed.
Perform weekly inventory checks of packaging materials and coordinate orders from third-party vendors.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and leadership abilities with experience managing teams.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related role.
Good understanding of inventory tracking systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
