Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of plastic products.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, providing coaching and disciplinary action as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
Manage warehouse layout and optimize space utilization.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Develop and manage warehouse budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resources.
Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting.
Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations promptly.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
Certification in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)).
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

High School

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a experience in related field.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
