Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely stock replenishment.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, processes, and safety procedures.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
Develop and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to streamline logistics.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and optimize inventory flow.
Utilize an enterprise resource planning software (ERP ??? we are shifting to SAP).
Address and resolve operational challenges, including supply chain disruptions and workforce management.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance and present recommendations for improvements.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor or similar leadership role in warehouse/logistics operations (3-5 years??? experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices, inventory control, and logistics.
Proficiency in using WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
