The primary responsibilities include accurately receiving, verifying, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory control through cycle counts and tracking shipments. This role requires collaboration with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate product flow.
Responsibilities:
Receiving & Storage:
Verify incoming shipments against invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders to ensure accurate quantities and product quality.
Unpack, inspect, label, and store inventory following quality and compliance standards.
Assign inventory stock numbers and determine proper storage locations.
Update inventory records in ERP or WMS systems to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or nonconforming shipments to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols to ensure warehouse organization and prevent workplace accidents.
Shipping & Order Fulfillment:
Retrieve order details and generate accurate shipping labels.
Prepare products for shipment, ensuring they meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Verify order accuracy, including product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions.
Pack and label products securely to prevent damage during transit.
Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule domestic and international shipments, including LTL shipments and export documentation.
Accurately track shipments, reconcile orders, and report any discrepancies in company systems.
Inventory Control & ERP System Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock levels in ERP/WMS software (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to prevent stock discrepancies.
Investigate and correct inventory issues, ensuring proper stock organization and warehouse layout.
Assist in inventory adjustments, reporting, and reconciliations.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure all received and shipped products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Identify and document product, process, or quality system issues and recommend corrective actions.
Follow OSHA and warehouse safety regulations for handling materials and equipment.
Support temperature monitoring and reporting processes as required.
Communication & Coordination:
Collaborate effectively with logistics technicians, customer service teams, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to inventory, shipping, and receiving.
Document and communicate nonconformities related to products and processes through proper reporting channels.
Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Power jack and forklift certification is preferred or a willingness to obtain certification preferred.
The working environment is indoors and seasonally heated and cooled with minimal noise levels.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overtime as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word (Experience with ERP/WMS preferred).
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
Experience with domestic and international shipping processes, including export documentation and compliance.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to prevent shipping and inventory errors.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across departments.
Power jack and forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
Availability for flexible work hours, including overtime as needed.
