We're looking for a Warehouse Lead Order Selector to help manage a warehouse team! In this role, you'll oversee a team, ensuring orders are picked correctly, the warehouse stays clean, and everything runs smoothly. You'll be a working lead-picking, packing, and guiding the team while helping with training, delegating tasks, and supporting daily operations. Warehouse Hours:
Sunday: 8 AM to Finish (approx. 5 PM)
Mon-Thurs: 8 AM to Finish (approx. 6-7 PM)
Friday: 10 AM to Finish (approx. 3 PM)
Finish times may vary during high-volume seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Train and coach new and existing employees.
• Pick, stock, rotate, and pack items like chips, snacks, pop, and candy.
• Use a forklift and pallet jack to move materials.
• Help with staffing, scheduling, and ensuring shifts are covered.
• Communicate effectively with other leads and the supervisor to resolve issues.
• Lead by example and take on manager responsibilities when needed.
• Assist with closing and locking up the warehouse at the end of the shift.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

• 2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Forklift certified or capable of being certified.
• Valid Non-CDL Class D driver's license and good driving record.
• People skills
• Someone who is confident and comfortable with leading, has a voice and is coachable.
• Clear communication and reasoning skills
• Proven attendance record
• Attention to detail
• Able to problem solve and work as a team
• Able to lift 54lbs and push/pull 95lbs
