We are looking for a dependable and energetic Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, stocking, inventory management, and general warehouse maintenance. Responsibilities:
Unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks, to move materials and inventory (training available).
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks or containers.
Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
Help monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
Follow all company procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Assist with other duties and tasks as needed to support the warehouse team and overall business needs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior warehouse or physical labor experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
