We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate ? Inventory & Parts Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing inventory, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring warehouse organization. The ideal candidate must have experience with SAP, cycle counting, and bin audits, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting. Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Cycle Counting
Perform cycle counting and bin audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Track and reconcile inventory discrepancies using SAP.
Process receiving, stocking, and moving bin locations in SAP.
Ensure proper labeling and organization of warehouse inventory.
Warehouse Organization & Operations
Optimize warehouse footprint to improve space utilization and efficiency.
Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and effective operations.
Assist with warehouse process improvements and workflow optimization.
System & Reporting Responsibilities
Utilize SAP for inventory transactions, receiving, and stock transfers.
Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for inventory tracking and audits.
Work with management to analyze inventory trends and suggest improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the hiring manager and team to accomplish warehouse objectives.
Communicate inventory issues, discrepancies, or process improvements proactively.
Support cross-functional teams as needed for warehouse and logistics operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience optimizing warehouse layouts and storage solutions.
Knowledge of other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active warehouse setting.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
Proficiency in SAP for inventory management (cycle counts, receiving, bin transfers).
Strong Excel skills (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).
Experience with cycle counting and bin audits.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
