Review and verify member or provider information for accuracy, including demographics, eligibility, and plan details.
Compare data from various sources to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency.
Update and maintain databases with verified information.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Meet productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to appropriate personnel.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team -
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in a data entry, verification, or related role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
