Role Overview:As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping employees understand their job responsibilities, develop essential skills, and thrive in their roles. You will provide hands-on instruction, tailored coaching, and support to ensure that every individual has the tools and confidence needed to excel. If you?re dedicated to fostering growth and success in a supportive and dynamic environment, we?d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Instruction & Training: Guide employees through step-by-step procedures and ensure they grasp job responsibilities effectively.Performance Monitoring: Document and assess employee performance using trackers, notes, and evaluations.Skill Development: Teach and reinforce task completion, ensuring alignment with job specifications.Advocacy & Support: Act as a champion for all employees, addressing their unique needs and facilitating their success.Behavioral Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching, focusing on specific behaviors and skills to enhance workplace performance.Collaborative Work: Partner with team members to identify and address skill gaps, and adapt coaching methods based on individual progress.Training Development: Assist in creating training programs for line leaders working with individuals with disabilities.Community Engagement: Participate in meetings with community support services and employee families as needed.Employment Planning: Develop effective job coaching and employment plans, and advise on workplace accommodations.Goal Setting: Communicate with employees to understand their goals and aspirations, and help them achieve them.Recruitment Support: Attend job fairs and recruiting events to support talent acquisition efforts.Floor Support: Assist on the production floor as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Will involve bending, stooping, and reaching.
What We're Looking For:Experience & Skills:Proven experience as a job coach or in a similar role.Experience working with individuals with disabilities and developing employment plans.Strong knowledge of regulations and standards.Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for inspiring and motivating others.
