Reporting to the Learning & Development Officer, this role will develop and facilitate in-person and online training programs aligned with training needs, in collaboration with stakeholders. Highlights:
- Indefinite contract
- Pay rate: $28-$32/hr

Responsibilities:
- Create eLearning modules, videos, seminars, and other training materials
- Engage various stakeholders in the development, planning and evaluation of training programs
- Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually
- Manage Sharepoint redesigns
- Ensure training meets accessibility standards
- Perform data analysis and produce reports
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in Instructional Design and Multimedia Content Creation, with expertise in both online and in-person training Required
- 5+ years experience with Learning Management Systems and using eLearning Development tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia and Adobe Creative Cloud required
- CPLP Certification preferred
- Experience with Cornerstone, MS Planner and BI Dashboards preferred
- Experience in multimedia content creation
- Strong Customer Experience focus and project management skills
- Data Analysis & Reporting competency
