We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our Client's team and contribute to the design, fabrication, and maintenance of high-quality tools, dies, and fixtures used in production processes.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to fabricate precision tools.

Operate and maintain manual and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines.
Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to ensure accuracy.
Assemble, repair, and modify tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to meet production needs.
Troubleshoot tooling issues and collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize performance.
Ensure all work meets quality control standards and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation of tool modifications, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in toolmaking preferred.
3+ years of experience in toolmaking, precision machining, or a related field.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in reading blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and working with CAD software.
Strong understanding of metalworking processes, materials, and heat treatment.
Hands-on experience with CNC and manual machining equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
