PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN WEEKI WACHEE IS MOVING INTO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE AND IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER WITH CONFIDENCE IN THE NEW QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SOFTWARE. YOUR PRIMARY FUNCTION WILL BE TO HELP THEM GET THEIR BOOKS CAUGHT UP WHILE HEPING THEIR OFFICE MANAGER BECOME MORE COMFORTABLE WITH USING THE ONLINE PROGRAM.

WEEK-BY-WEEK | TEMPORARY | PART TIME PROJECT
$18 - $20 PER HOUR | FLEXIBLE TO WORK TWO DAYS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY IN OFFICE (APPROX 14 HOURS PER WEEK)
SPHERION REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 1 REFERENCE WHO CAN SPEAK ON YOUR KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN PERFORMING DAILY BOOKKEEPING TASKS WITHIN QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Perform comprehensive bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage and record prepaid expenses.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the office manager to streamline the new online process and improve efficiency.
- Teach, fine-tune train and support the office manager in learning the nuances of QuickBooks Online.
- Handle basic office tasks such as bookkeeping, reporting, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Keep a record of business transactions and perform data entry from daily work logs into the company's general ledger system.
- Reconcile bank statements, file financial records, and maintain/update accounting databases.
- Process backups and other related tasks as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficient and confident in QuickBooks Online.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of bank and credit card reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the office manager.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Minimum of one professional reference who can speak to your knowledge and skills of using QuickBooks Online.

No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching or training others
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
