This temporary position will cover for the Lehi Office Administrator, who is responsible for overseeing
the daily administrative operations of the Lehi office and other remote locations. They ensure that the

with various departments to promote efficient workplace operations. The Office Administrator serves as
the primary contact for all facilities and office-related matters.
They will organize and coordinate office administration duties, facility operations, and procedures to
ensure the organization's effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate is an energetic
professional who is comfortable taking on multiple roles. They should have experience handling a wide
range of administrative and executive support tasks and be able to work independently with minimal
supervision. Well-organized and flexible, they will thrive on the administrative challenges of supporting
a diverse office environment.
It is anticipated that this temporary position will end on March 31, 2025.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is
operating smoothly
Maintain break and supplies areas, ensuring they are stocked and kept clean, and any
equipment is functioning as required
Maintaining office equipment and coordinating repairs
Support operations at the Lehi office and other remote locations
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Greet visitors and receive deliveries
Coordinate and manage small to large office meetings and events
Support senior staff in the Lehi office as requested
Receive, send, and sort incoming mail and deliveries
Assist with office layout planning and office moves
Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
Responsible for managing office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
Coordinate schedules and conference room bookings
Support vendor database and risk management software
Assist with the business-related process, reporting, and record-keeping as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Ensure all breakrooms in Lehi are fully stocked and clean
The office and floor presentations are always ?Board Ready?
All guests are greeted and provided with a concierge experience
Conference rooms are clean and tidy each day
Inventory and supplies ordering completed each week and as needed
