Spherion is recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager for a temporary position located fully onsite in a healthcare operations office in South Burlington!
Responsibilities:
-Participation in the hiring and evaluation of staff.
-Collaboration with leadership teams to ensure effective operation of their teams.

-Serve as the primary support person to the Department Director to coordinate temporary and permanent staffing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
A Masters degree is preferred but not required.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-A minimum of two years of leadership experience is required.
-A Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related Medical/Nursing field required.
-A minimum of three years of appropriate medical/allied health experience is also required.
