We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our users, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. There are 2 shifts available either 8 am to 5 pm or 11 am to 8 pm.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for technical issues related to phones, smart watches, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Assist users with ensuring optimal performance of their products
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions provided.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
Educate users on best practices for technology
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Android a plus

Qualifications:
1-2 years customer support
Experience with support and user assistance in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
