Spherion Temple is seeking a CSR to provide assistance to customers with technical inquiries. In this role, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat in both Portuguese and English, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their devices and services. Responsibilities:
Assist customers in resolving technical issues through phone, email, and chat support.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve inquiries and concerns.
Accurately document customer interactions and service requests.
Manage requests related to repairs and warranty claims.
Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
Contribute to creating and updating technical documentation.
Participate in team meetings and required training sessions.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Technical certifications or an associate?s degree in a relevant field.
Experience working in a remote support environment.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing needs.
Experience working with customers across different time zones.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
A minimum of 6 months experience in technical support, particularly via phone, chat, or email.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Proficiency with Microsoft OS and Office tools.
Strong communication skills for resolving technical issues and providing solutions.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
