We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager with 6-10 years of experience to lead their tax department. This role involves managing tax compliance, overseeing client accounts, providing strategic tax planning, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate has technical tax expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for working with small businesses and individuals.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage tax compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
Review and approve tax returns prepared by staff accountants.
Conduct tax research and stay updated on changing tax laws and regulations.
Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance on tax matters.
Assist in firm growth initiatives, including business development and process improvement.
Collaborate with partners on firm strategy and client service enhancements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
6-10 years of tax experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized public accounting firm
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA license required.
6-10 years of tax experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized public accounting firm.
Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and compliance requirements.
Experience with tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, UltraTax, or similar).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
