Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the companys goals.
Analyze job roles to define responsibilities and qualifications, ensuring accuracy in job descriptions.
Craft engaging job postings and distribute them across various platforms including job boards, newspapers, and educational institutions.
Source potential candidates through diverse channels such as databases, social media, and networking events.
Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews with department heads, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
Arrange background checks and drug testing with approved vendors.
Lead new hire orientation sessions and assist in developing tailored training and onboarding plans.
Maintain and secure employee records and personal data in compliance with confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to manage recruitment-related materials and supplies.
Represent the company at career fairs and other recruitment events, promoting the organizations brand and opportunities.
Update and manage employee information in HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
Provide clear and concise information on employee benefits to both candidates and new hires.
Review and improve the hiring process to ensure compliance with legal standards and enhance efficiency.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and support continuous improvement in HR practices.
Assist with organizational development and training initiatives as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR and recruitment functions.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a high-volume recruiter, with preference given to those with a background in manufacturing or construction.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR databases, ATS, and CMS.
Experience using recruiting software and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
