Responsibilities:
This is a true 360 role where you?ll own both sides of the staffing equation:
Build and manage client relationships while selling tailored workforce solutions.
Source, interview, and match top-tier candidates with job opportunities across a variety of industries.
Drive business development through networking, cold calls, and targeted outreach.
Guide the full hiring process from initial client consult through candidate placement?and celebrate those wins!
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development (staffing industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
A competitive, self-starting mindset with a love for hitting goals.
Tech-savviness with CRM and applicant tracking systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or equivalent experience is a plus.
