Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of recruiting for roles in maintenance, logistics, warehouse, and operations.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit.
Coordinate and facilitate the offer process, including compensation and pre-employment requirements.
Oversee a structured onboarding program and conduct orientation sessions to ensure new employees feel welcome and prepared.
Coordinate pre-hire processes, including background checks, drug screenings, and paperwork completion.
Act as a resource for new hires, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition into the company?s culture, safety, and policies.
Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, addressing workplace inquiries.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and onboarding, ideally in a manufacturing or chemical manufacturing setting.
