Responsibilities:
- Field service-calls and handle technical escalations.
- Install, upgrade and maintain network workstations, servers, laptops, cell phones and PC software.
- Translate technical details from occasional 'non-technical' requests from the user community.
- Assist in moves, additions and changes in Microsoft's Active Directory.
- Serve as the key technical resource in telephony maintenance and ongoing administration.
- Source and configure cell phones / mobile devices for company employees.
Qualifications:
Two year degree in Computer Science or Technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two or more years of experience in Information Systems.
Must be a US Citizen
