Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system.
- Greet walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Process orders, create invoices, receive payments, and record deposits.
- Send invoices, enter shipping bills, and track invoices in Net Suite.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Audit invoices and paperwork for accuracy.
- Process government accounts and ensure compliance with specific procedures.
- Collaborate on team projects and participate in team-building activities.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
