The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, $15-20/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:
o Utilize the ERP system to create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies.
o Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production schedules.
o Coordinate with vendors to track order status and resolve any delivery issues.
o Process receiving transactions in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Maintain accurate records of all purchasing and receiving activities.
Customer Service:
o Enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
o Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping information.
o Provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
o Resolve customer complaints and issues
o Maintain accurate customer information within the ERP system.
Production Support:
o Generate production orders from customer orders or inventory requirements.
o Process job cards and track production progress.
o Collaborate with production personnel to ensure timely completion of
orders.
o Assist in maintaining accurate production data within the ERP system.
ERP System Management:
o Become proficient in utilizing the company's ERP system for all assigned tasks.
o Identify and report any ERP system issues to the ERP Coordinator.
o Participate in ERP system training and updates as required.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
