We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Supply Chain Coordinator to process and handle shipments according to customer needs and their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and address non-conformities through immediate resolution or escalation.
- Handle open order management, investigate missing POs, and process creation/upload requests.
- Manage Suppliers' open orders and booking processes, providing support for both online and manual bookings.
- Create, monitor, and validate carrier bookings.
- Prepare, control, and distribute all necessary Export documents to relevant parties (carrier, consignee, supplier, etc.) while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
- Monitor data entry integrity, ensuring that systems reflect current data, and address issues proactively.
- Provide customer service, follow-up on shipment statuses, and ensure prompt resolution of issues to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Communicate shipment activity delays to affected partners and follow through to resolution.
- Manage daily workflow using the Work in Progress report, ensuring timelines are met in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Regularly interact with customers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Review and respond to emails promptly on a daily basis, addressing open issues and providing follow-up.
- Review daily operations reports, identifying issues, and escalating them to the OMS Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as required to support operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Strong preference for candidates with Ocean Export experience.
- Experience in supporting accounts within a 3PL, shipping line, or freight forwarding operational environment.
- Knowledge of export shipping, supplier management, supply chain management, and compliance checks.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in export shipping, supplier management, or a similar field.
- Ability to resolve problems related to product movement out of the US.
- High attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance regulations.
