Responsibilities:
-Oversee and maintain production workflow, staff performance, and equipment operation.
-Monitor key process variables, implement cost reductions, and resolve operational issues.
-Train, coach, and hold team leaders accountable for daily responsibilities such as shift communication, Gemba checks, and line-side performance reviews.
-Create and adjust production schedules and assignments to meet departmental goals.
-Ensure proper operation and maintenance communication for all equipment.
-Collect, analyze, and report production data and performance metrics.
-Foster a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by educating staff on procedures and best practices.
-Promote positive associate relations and maintain open communication across departments.
-Evaluate and develop team leaders through training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
-Resolve personnel challenges through data analysis, investigations, and corrective action recommendations.
-Continuously improve operational processes and participate in professional development.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
-Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
-Experience in a non-union production environment.
-Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles.
-Strong understanding of machining and assembly processes.

Qualifications:
-3-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
-Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage shift operations.
-Proficient in data analysis, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
-Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and issue resolution skills.
-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, walk on concrete floors, and perform physical tasks as needed.
-Willingness to travel occasionally; valid driver's license required.
