rary, temp-to-hire and permanent job placements in Vermont. You will have the opportunity to conduct high-volume candidate phone screenings to efficiently identify qualified individuals! If you are proactive communicator, a creative thinker, and a genuine people person with an understanding of recruitment best practices, this role is ideal for you! This position works fully onsite in South Burlington.
Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
-Conduct high-volume candidate phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit while providing a positive candidate experience during the process.
-Represent Spherion at career fairs, industry events, and community gatherings.
-Establish and maintain partnerships with diverse community organizations to promote employment opportunities.
-Utilize social media to promote company events, job openings, and employee success stories.
-Collaborate with our corporate marketing team to ensure consistent and engaging branded messaging across all platforms while creating innovative content specific to our Vermont community.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Knowledge of local community resources and organizations is a plus.
-Previous experience in staffing and/or manufacturing hiring is another plus.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in recruiting or high-volume phone screening, preferably with experience in community outreach and social media management.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
-Experience in developing and executing social media strategies for recruitment or employer branding.
