Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Monitor compliance
Accurately maintain employee files
Answer phones
Greet walk in visitors
Correspond with co-workers, clients and candidates via phone, email, and text.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience working in staffing or HR
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
Previous office administration / coordination
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
