Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with rotational on-call duties after completing the probationary period)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage caregiver and client schedules, ensuring quality matches and smooth operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client and caregiver inquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor, mediate, and log caregiver and client activity in scheduling software.
- Implement contingency plans to maintain 100% coverage of service hours.
- Identify opportunities to increase service hours and improve care quality.
- Conduct client consultations, assess care needs, and coordinate service delivery.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure that all caregivers meet company standards through interviews, background checks, and training sessions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Lead applicant interviews, conduct reference and background checks, and manage employment records.
- Organize and conduct caregiver orientation and ongoing training to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in caregiver-client introductions as needed and perform regular quality assurance visits.
- Provide leadership to the caregiver team, ensuring consistent and high-quality care delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing, scheduling, or healthcare management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or healthcare is a plus.
- 1 year of management or related business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling software.
