Responsibilities:
Lead and execute multiple concurrent projects focused on process improvements for Spare parts, Repair parts, Field Replaceable units, and Refurbished assemblies
??? Drive rapid solutions for supply chain continuity and quality-related challenges
??? Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between departments to achieve project objectives
??? Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
??? Create and present regular status updates using Smartsheet for executive leadership and stakeholders
??? Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in the Service Operations department
??? Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while consistently exceeding expectations
??? Maintain quality system compliance and documentation
