Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Development: Identify and coordinate development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.
Compliance and Policy Development: Supports adherence to labor laws and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to HR Manager.
HRIS Analyst: Expert / SME in UKG modules, Learning and Analytics. Skilled at work process designs and flows to improve and leverage technological capabilities.
Benefits Administration: Supports employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Leadership Roles: As the company expands and grows, take on leadership roles in new projects and initiatives.
Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of new HR strategies to support company expansion.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work and support other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternative 5 years working within the Generalist position.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist or analyst functions
