The Sr Contractor Collections Manager will manage the fringe benefits contributions/collections department.
Responsibilities:
Manages and trains staff to process fringe benefit reports, application of fringe benefit payments, and generation of required monthly
reporting forms for signatory contractors.

Processes incoming fringe reports through the online portal, i-Remit.
Manages the daily Web Reports & Employer Deposits for i-Remit.
Processes incoming and outgoing reciprocal fringe reports and payments.
Reviews and approves daily remittance entry reports, as appropriate.
Handles the transfer of online reports to PaperVision (scanned) and the transfer of same reports to local business managers.
Deposits fringe benefit payments into the appropriate bank account(s) based on the payments received.
Process credit card payments for Participant?s payments to maintain health insurance benefits.
Keeps accurate records for delinquent contractors-responsible for notifications for Agreement suspensions to Employers & \Employees.
Manages and trains staff on correctly updating member records based on Contractor Remittance Reports.
Manages and negotiates collections for signatory contractors.
Supervise & follow-up on collection issues and processing matters with co-worker.
Handles complex and senior level correspondence with signatory contractors, local union management, and plan participants relating
to contractor participation agreements, collection bargaining agreements, and settlement agreements.
Works with local union management to bond and approve new signatory contractors in our district and submits them to the Board of
Trustees for acceptance.
Works closely with the Administrative Manager and Fund Legal Counsel on settlement of delinquent Contractor debt, participation
agreements, and collective bargaining agreements.
Prepares and presents Fringe Benefit and Collection data to the Board of Trustees.
Works with auditors for the selection of annual payroll audits for signatory contractors, and the auditing of all fringe benefit collections
and payments.
Handles the ordering of office supplies for staff and cleaning company
Facility Management of the Fund Office
Manages the Fund Office Staff when the Administrative Manager is out of the office.
Implements new solutions for the Fund Office, including technology solutions, vendor replacement, new benefit programs by working
with the Administrative Manager, IT support both internally and externally, interviewing and meeting with selected vendors to assist in
the implementation and role out of new products

Qualifications:
Must be a High School Graduate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the multi-employer plan arena.
Ability to comprehend and perform complex tasks.
Must have attention to detail and be able to handle large sums of money.
Must be timely and dependable and flexible due to the demands of the position.
Must have understanding of Multi-Employer Plan administration and Taft-Hartley plans.
Must understand health and welfare, and retirement plan benefits.
Must be able to communicate with others professionally in person and over the telephone, and in writing.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
