Onboard and manage complex accounts
Oversee setup and process flow for new accounts
Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Assign and review projects for Client Relationship Assistants
Drive system and process improvements
Track customer contracts, renewals, and ensure accurate billing
Handle customer interactions, including billing, reporting, and logistics issues
Liaise between field operations and sales support
Provide training on and maximize the use of the Optech Portal
Coordinate international pickups and on-site services
Develop and track Sales Key Performance Indicators
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
