We are seeking a motivated and dynamic full time, direct hire Sales Developer in the Johnstown, PA market, that is looking to build their career and see the world. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving results and building relationships in the solar industry.
You will- Makes arrangements and appointments for business contacts within the Solar industry that include end users and distributors to obtain production work for employees with disabilities
- Maintain interface with potential new customers as well as existing customers. Frequent overnight trips are required for customer training sessions. General expectation is up to 50% travel and may include international trips.
- Coordinate trip and trade show attendance with the Director
-Solar Development and other sales team to ensure efficient and frequent visits to customer base
- Be responsible for attendance and exhibiting at trade shows, including registration, booth set up, completion of forms, manage shipping/ freight of trade show materials to and from shows.
- Participate in new marketing material development, including brochures, web content, trade show displays, etc.
- In office work includes timely follow up on all leads from phone calls, email, and Web site submissions. Also involves establishing appointments for future trips.
- Complete all trip agendas and Expense/trip reports. Timely notification to Sales Support of trip agendas for inclusion in salesman calendar.
- Initiate and maintain customers contact, including trade show follow up.
- Identify and develop potential products and markets, and recommend new customers.
- Interface with administrative and production personnel to develop new/modified products anticipating new markets or customer needs.
- Be responsible for maintaining vehicle, and other equipment such as cell phone, laptop computer, etc.
