Spherion is seeking a Smart Handheld Specialist to manage, maintain, and support our client's inventory of devices. The ideal candidate will ensure devices are configured, tested, and shipped accurately while providing exceptional support for troubleshooting and customer inquiries.

Configure and distribute Smart Handheld devices, ensuring they meet operational standards.
Load software and verify proper installation.
Perform test scans and confirm functionality of all installed applications.
Prepare devices for shipment and ensure accurate delivery to the appropriate divisions.
Address customer inquiries related to device use and application.
Conduct software updates, refurbish older units, and diagnose device issues to determine if repairs are possible.
Maintain precise inventory and tracking records for all devices.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience repairing or troubleshooting handheld or similar electronic devices.
Knowledge of inventory management systems or related processes.
Capable of analyzing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a technical or customer support role, such as a call center or computer testing environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
Demonstrated commitment to achieving excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by applicable laws.
